- You identify an item you want to value (loot, a stash tab item, or something you are considering buying).
- You press
Ctrl+Cwhile hovering it; the tool parses the clipboard and shows a price-check overlay. - You use that signal to set a listing price, negotiate, or pass on the trade.
Because it reads the clipboard rather than game memory, it slots into your existing trading workflow without modifying the client. It is the same clipboard-overlay idea long used by community price checkers, carried forward for the PoE2 item format.
Currency exchange & map search

Exiled Exchange 2 reads the clipboard (text you copied) and draws a transparent overlay — it does not read game memory or automate gameplay.
